Christmas Bow Personalized Stemless Wine Glass

I had an issue with my first 3 cups, I left a review and Things Remembered reached out to me immediately and rectified the issue. The customer service here is AMAZING. I did not expect them to reach out to me as I only left a review. But the fact that they took the time out to assist me says a lot about this company. They care about there customers and the quality of the products they are providing to the customer. I am so appreciative for Things Remembered staff and will most definitely shop with them again. :)
