Embroidered Luxury Cotton Bath Towel Collection

When I thought of the right gift for my sister, who is also my Pastor, it had to be personalized (and shipped) in time for Mother's Day. Things Remembered delivered in a big way! My items arrived on the Friday before Mother's Day. One of the five personal items had a stitching issue. I contacted Customer Service, and the representative was professional, super courteous, and apologized for the issue and had the item reprocessed and shipped overnight. I was blown away by the beauty and softness of the items and the stellar service. I will order more just because.

I am so delighted with these towels. The terrycloth material is soft and comfortable and the embroidered names are beautifully done. They will make beautiful gifts.

Embroidered name was perfect as always! Towel is luxury cotton. Purchased as a college gift for our Granddaughter. Also purchased shower caddy with personalized name. Personalization Mall always does a fantastic job with their monograms. Never disappointed with PM!

Purchased several of these towels for nieces and nephews who already have more toys than a 1960s Sears Christmas catalog. Only suggestion would be to make terry cloth towels available in kid friendly colors. The microfiber towels I have bought previously through this website just aren't as absorbent as old-fashioned terry!

I like the towel color and thread color. I am just disappointed that the towels are not thicker, especially for the high price. This is the most I have ever spent for towels and wanted nicer for gifts.

Perfect for a powder room.

Towels material is not in the "absorbent side" but the WORK on them is gorgeous. I chose gold color for the letters on white towels.

My only issue is that it is a little too big for a washcloth. It should come in sizes.

Not as high quality as expected. I ordered two as a wedding gift and gift wrapping. They came in separate boxes and the gift message was written on thin thermal paper that had other delivery information on it. Tacky.

Towels look nice, but dimensions of towels should be provided (these are smaller than what I would consider an "adult" bath towel. Also, I guess we have different ideas in what "luxury cotton" means, but to be fair, I should have known based on price.

Embroidery looks cute but towel is paper thin. It's advertised as luxury cotton but it's far from that. It's not soft as expected and extremely thin.
