I ordered four of these for family members and as usual with Personalization Mall, I was not disappointed with the quality. However, delivery took longer than expected based on what I've experienced with many previous orders. I received these items too late for the gift exchange I needed them for and due to personalization they are not returnable.

This bag is smaller than I expected.
I had to downsize a lot of my items to travel size or smaller to get them all to fit. It is very nice looking and easy to carry. it fits nicely in the duffel bag and does not take too much space.

I was impressed that the accent over the e in my name could be added.
The font is a is a good size on this bag the pink shows very well on the black.

Train case smaller than I guessed but is better because it won’t take up as much room, something I was worried about.
