Ok product, extremely poor shipping

Was disappointed I could not change the font, but purchased it anyway. The repeat words font is Time New Roman & too blocky. There were major shipping issues. 1st frame glass arrived cracked. 2nd frame glass arrived shattered. The frame was never packaged properly, even after I requested the first time that the frame needs to be packaged better. The 3rd frame arrived in great condition, packaged properly. Customer service was pleasant to work with, but overall experience left me frustrated.
