This wind chime is absolutely beautiful. I got it as a memorial for my friend whose daughter passed. She cried when she saw it.

I have purchased numerous personalized items over the years but this Grandma windchime is one of my top favorites with great quality!!

I purchased this and the pot and like my other review, I was unsure of just sending it to her and not seen it in person myself. She absolutely loved both and she sent me a picture of them hanging up at her house. I will purchase again

I purchased two for two different people. I paid extra for expedited shipping for one of them and found that it would have arrived the same time without spending the extra $19.99. I am not happy about that.

I bought this for Mother’s Day and it turned out great. My mom loved it! It did arrive a day late even though I paid for faster shipping to arrive on time, so that was frustrating.

We ordered the personalized wind chime for my mom for Christmas as a gift from her grandkids. The text side is perfect, with lovely flowers, and the photo looks exactly like it should. We are always very happy with items from Personalization Mall and this is no exception. The quality is very good, and it's larger and heavier than expected, which is obviously a plus. Would order this item again, and just may do that in the near future as a gift for a special person.
