The marble name plate arrived with scratches on the front and the engraving was not straight. I contacted the company and they responded quickly and gave me the option to re-do it or get a full refund. I did not have to send the original back. I got a full refund very quickly, I will definitely order from this company again! Thank you for great customer service!
