My Big Day Personalized Plush Teddy Bear

My first order arrived and one of the eyes of the bear was sunken in. I called customer service and spoke with a lovely woman and she put an order in right away for a replacement. I received the replacement soon after I asked if I could return the first order she said, not even to bother returning it. The customer service was awesome. I’ve dealt with this store for many years and I’ve always been pleased. this is the first time Ie ever had to return anything. I highly recommend this company.!!
