The item came exactly as shown in the picture. It comes flat with a nice box. It also came really fast, which is great because my other gift is still in transit. If this gift hadn't come so fast, my co-worker would have no gift.

The product is exactly as shown on the site, and looks great! I paid for Expedited shipping, and it came too late to include in the present. I received three notices between Wednesday and Thursday stating “Arriving today” and I needed it no later than Thursday evening. It was delivered Friday at 2pm. Argued with the customer service rep to refund me the expedited shipping charge.
