Brewing Co. Personalized Beer Stein

I bought a beer stein, had it personalized as a gift. It's lovely, but the company is fabulous to work with. The product says to review and confirm text
before submitting and I did read every word. The next day, I noticed I
accidentally put a period between 2
words! I called customer service and
they corrected it on the phone. The
product shipped by UPS within 3 days
, but then the status showed it in NC for 11 days. I called and they offered to
remake it and ship overnight.
