I purchased a personalized Keepsake of family names. The engraving was perfect but unfortunately the clear crystal acrylic was chipped on the corner. It looked as if the embossing stencil had slipped rather than it being dropped in transit. After opening the package and noticing the chip I called Customer Service. They apologized for the imperfection. I emailed them a photo and offered to return the item to them. They told me that I need not be concerned with the return, but that they would send me out a new one ASAP. I couldn't believe that I received a perfect replacement within 2 days. Their Customer Service department deserves 10 Stars!!!! I am very pleased with PersonalizationMall and will continue as a life long customer.
