Second bottle purchased this year. The last one lasted throughout the school year. My 9 year old lost it a few times, and dinged it up, but 9 year olds do that. With all the wear and tear, because of the personalized bottle, it was returned and still usable. I get one for my kids every school year! Great purchase!

Excellent! My husband has problems with his hands & prayed it wouldn't slip through his hands... after washing it & moving it to add ice, it fell & now has a small round dent, but it's ok..so I'm happy!

Also, I called your Customer Service and they also provided excellent service. I do, however, have a suggestion: please let the buyer know how many packages to expect. I did have a very large order and with the first package arrival notification it stated Your Order has arrived and when it came it was one package with 5 items, so I called to make sure the remaining items were still to be shipped and was informed that the entire order would come in three (3) packages. It would be helpful to know how many packages to expect. Thank you.

This personalized water bottle is lightweight with a handle and straw. I used the suggested message with the name personalization, "Power Drink". It made this a nice gift along with a box of electrolyte mix.
