I was a little worried about the product arriving and not being what I had expected or was seeing in the preview but I was wrong the product was exactly as preview the length of the robe was perfect as well my wife loved it.

This is my 12th robe ordered over the years. All arrived in great condition and quickly. I had one which arrived with the wrong name on it but error was corrected and a new one sent out quickly. Customer service could not have been more helpful.
