The chimes arrived very quickly, and the personalized discs are beautiful. We ordered three identical chimes, as memorial gifts for a very dear friend's three daughters. I'm sure they will treasure them. I was disappointed that the very day after ordering the gifts, I received emails that they were being offered at $10 each less than we paid, and then several days after that, I was advised that you were offering "free shipping" for a day, which came to almost $25 on our order. As a retiree on a limited budget, saving a few dollars would have been much appreciated.
