Sophisticated Quotes Personalized 16oz. Travel Tumbler

Received my order about 10 days after ordering. They are the neatest cups I’ve ever bought. I know both of my sisters will love them.

A great personalized gift, like that it isn't plastic, thin lined being able to fit in any cup holder. I would definitely purchase it again.

My order arrived with a defect in the engraving. I reached out and PM got back to me in less than 24 hours. After sending a photo of the defect - they immediately notified me of a replacement item. I have shopped PM many times over the years. This is the first issue and they handled it exceptionally.

Overall the quality of the tumbler is good.

Not impressed with the fact that it's not wrapped 100% with the names, etc....

Also, wish it was dishwasher safe.

I got these for every member of our family so we can keep our beverages straight and we can each have a custom quote. Everyone loved them and thought they were a fun gift.

As in some reviews people said they hated the part that is white but I love it! It adds uniqueness and beauty to the tumbler. This tumbler not only holds a lot but also has an easy open lid and top (for those with dexterity problems)

Another great personalized item. The item came within a few days after ordering (even with the Christmas holidays). It keeps beverages both hot and cold.

Cons: can't change the font size on the quote.

I had ordered this travel tumbler for a gift. I would have rated a 5. However, the size of the font for my custom quote was too small. Not sure why the custom quote could not be printed the same size font (bigger) than the offered quotes. Additionally, I wish the tumbler would have been a bit larger also.

The Tumbler is of good quality. Only wish the script with personalized sentiment was larger.

Decent and useful travel cup. The color isn't wrapped around the entire cup. There's a big white section I wasn't expecting. The quote font is also pretty small. Not my favorite purchase to date. But still a decent gift.

In fairness to the company, the description does say that "Design wraps 3/4 around the tumbler" and I missed that.
That said, why would the Sophisticated Quotes tumbler have these pretty colors and words on the mug and then leave a big white stripe down 1/4 of it.

So the part that is colored and designed looks lovely but the giant white stripe, that interrupts the pattern, is really cheap looking.

Product performs well but the white color panel takes away from the aesthetics and it looks like a flaw. Appearance is thus disappointing.

I have ordered before and have been very pleased with the all the items i have gotten as gifts and also that i have ordered however this item was indeed what was ordered but it looked a little cheap. Not upset but sad that it appear to be classier.

I should have read the reviews and fine print much closer. This "sophisticated" tumbler is not at all like several I ordered previously. My short quote is very small. The wide white strip, with "Personalization Mall" clearly imprinted, covers almost 1/3 of the entire tumbler. I purchased this item as a gift, but I'm embarrassed to send it on.

It does say in the description that the label only covers 3/4 of the product, but I failed to notice that fine print when I ordered. I don't understand why I would want it to only cover part of the product...there is a big white space on the back of my cup.
If it had gone all the way around, I would have been much happier with the product. I planned to give it as a gift, but am still debating.

The photos of this product should show the huge white section on the mug void of anything. It looks unfinished or flawed. In the pictures on the website it looks elegant, in reality it looks awful. The description reads that the personalization wraps 3/4 around the mug. I thought at least the entire container would be the same color. It’s Christmas Eve and I have no backup plan. This woman seriously deserves the world, and she’s getting what looks like a poorly thought out,defective travel mug.

I was extremely disappointed upon receiving this travel mug as a gift to my Brother. It looks like an unfinished piece of "work". Pay attention to the lack of description. When it says "design wraps 3/4 around" it means the color too. So now I am stuck with a mug that is 3/4 tan and 1/4 white with a black Personalization Mall label on it. (Which is not stated or shown in the description of the product)
