I ordered two (2) for co-workers and they were very happy when they saw the photo on it, especially the one that I used their family picture. There's no lid, but doesn't matter to them. By the way, if you want to upload over the limit size, just change the color to gray shade, and still come out good. I forgot to take picture because I was eager to give to them. Highly recommend.

Very nice product! Just as pictured! Got many compliments on it.

I loved being able to give personalized gifts to the people I love ... Only wish photos were more vibrant but I guess that is how they come out on a frosted mug. Will try the regular mason mugs next go around. Overall very happy!!
