It was a gift to replace the first one I gave her from Personalized Mall. The original glass had a fine crack line in it and broke when she washed it. She likes the replacement very much. Wish there had been a refund for the defective glass, but I didn't go to the trouble once I found out about it.

Loved this stemless wineglass. Although it has a snowflake it can be used all year.

I love the glass I just wish my name was printed a little darker

I ordered two of these customized wine glasses and am quite pleased with them. The craftsmanship is superb. The reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that the names are a bit lighter than the picture had shown, so do not easily stand out unless the glass is filled with red wine. Also, the glasses are much better quality than ones I had ordered earlier this year, as the bottoms are perfectly flat when set on the countertop (vs. the previous glasses that were so wavy we had to sand the bottoms to get them to sit flat). I recommend these glasses.
