A gift everyone loves I ordered the mugs with names for all my neighbors. What a hit! They love them. When the box arrived there was a hole in the bottom and two of the mugs were broken. I called and Personalization Mall got two new ones shipped right away. Great service. So then I ordered for the whole family to give at Christmas. I know they will love them also. Thank you for a great gift idea.
