I had expected this ornament to be a flat porcelain, from the photo, but it turns out to be 3D On the front, and very very cute! The additional detail really makes it special.

I just received this for my grandson’s first Christmas ornament. I was very pleased!! It is larger than I expected and the quality is very nice. It has a very nice shiny finish. It also arrived very quickly! Highly recommend!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the finish and the customization. Unfortunately, the packaging was a padded envelope, and it arrived chipped. A call to customer service quickly resulted in a replacement order with expedited shipping. Although shipped again in an envelope, it arrived undamaged.
