The first product came scratched. The replacement never shipped, & the second replacement finally arrived after being thrown onto our porch. Thankfully whoever packaged it did it wonderfully so it is not damaged upon arrival, however after opening it, it was revealed to be missing both dice! Nonetheless, we will use the dice from the initial damaged order, & as a result we are satisfied with the rectification of our issue & the replacement we received. The product itself is extremely nice.
