The finished product is truly amazing --- the ornaments are well crafted,the images sharp, and the colors true. The pretty velvet gift bag is a nice added touch. I'm glad that I ordered early, though, because economy shipping is slow. (I ordered on 11/30 and the package didn't arrive until 12/13.) Overall, a top quality product that I will definitely buy again.

I had one of these last year as we had gotten a new dog, so I got one for our newest dog this year. It was mishandled during shipping and arrived broken (not pmall fault at all) but they quickly offered a replacement. I can’t recommend this company enough!
