Very satisfied with the product. It’s exactly what I was looking for, also very impressed with not only the quality but with the swiftness of the delivery of the product.

I already gave my review for this order; I'm always happy and satisfied with what I order and receive. This time it was for my niece for her birthday. She loved it; she's thrilled with her personalized mug.

Beautiful glass engraved coffee mug. Never dissatisfied. All products are great. Customer service is fabulous.

Bought 4 of these for a friends weekend engraved with the first letter of each of our names and our motto “Best of Friends”. Mug had nice curved design with a foot (base).

I am very pleased with the Glass coffee Mugs. My brother-in-law likes cocoa, and the mugs came with two packages of Ghirardelli hot dark chocolate mix.
They will be pleased with their Chirstmas gift.

This will be a gift for my son for Christmas.
It appears to be a very well made cup!

Everything perfect!!!
Nice and heavy for morning tea or coffee

These glass mugs are more beautiful than I could imagine. The size of the mugs are very nice and the quality of the glass is above average. The engraving is what sets the whole thing off. This was the 1st time making this purchase and I was plesantly surprise.

I was happy and satisfied with the lovely mug, which isn't the first one I ordered; we love them. However, the second mug arrived with a defect in the heart-shaped clock, a tribute to my mother-in-law. To make matters worse, the customer service representative, Barbara, who happens to have the same name as me, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Therefore, I can't give a positive review of yesterday's order.

These are beautiful! I bought 2 of them for gifts. I can't wait to give them to my friends. And they were delivered quickly.

Love this glass mug. Very high quality mug and the personalization is beautiful! Great product for the price

My friend, love the coffee, mugs or tea cups. Best thing for my friend because we love to drink coffee and tea. This was perfect. I got to tell her the message that I love her and she can see it every morning when she wakes up for different ways..

I purchased several of these high-quality glass coffee mugs again, as thank you gifts for our outgoing HOA Board members, because they were so perfect and liked by my high school reunion committee when I first bought them. The price includes the engraving, which makes them very special keepsakes and a joy to use.
I highly recommend these, wish I had one myself, and will likely order again as gifts!

Ordered these glass mugs for an anniversary gift. They came within days of the order, well packaged and we love the quality of the mugs as well as the inscription. Would definitely order from here again!

I was really delighted with this personalized glass coffee mug and the service from Personalization Mall. I needed four and ordered them at the last minute. They came very quickly and were the perfect keepsake for our very special event. As usual, I was running late on my planning, but miraculously received the mugs in plenty of time to make a fabulous swag bag (along with some little Irish cream nips that had custom labels also from Personalization Mall). Many thanks to Personalization Mall for saving the day!

Great quality glass cups at a great price, I’m satisfied with the whole process of my order.

The product was exactly as I had pictured, I’m very happy with the design.

I ordered this as a birthday gift for my manager, whom is an avid tea drinker. She loved seeing her ‘catch phrase’ written on the mug and was pleased by the size. This was the perfect gift!

I gifted one of these tea cups for my mom, who is a big tea drinker, and she loved it so much that I ordered another one for her.

My 3rd purchase of these mugs because they are perfect for coffee, tea, or hot chocolate! I hang them on a mug rack next to our coffeemaker. Well-made and cute! Only one has broken in several years despite daily use and in and out of our dishwasher. Love that they are personalized.

I had a coffee mug personalized with script writing and the diamond customization for my Dad.I wanted it to be extra special. I previewed it before ordering, and liked it. It came in the mail, on-time. It was exactly the way I previewed it. It's beautiful! I will definitely order from this company again.
