REALLY Amazing customer service! Ordered 8 personalized mugs for Christmas gifts. 3 of 8 had printing issues. I called customer service. They had me send photo's of problem. They immediately reprinted and express sent new mugs. I had them for Christmas! Very nice customer service people, as well as efficient. Will definitely use them for more purchases.

Mem of 4 By Shopper (Lewiston , ME) - November 30, 2021 I purchased 4 of these hot chocolate mugs in different colors for my grandchildren. They were delivered quickly and in their own individual box. They were very nice and well made.
My only complaint is that I think the name and initial should have been on the reverse side since they are all right handed but other than that I was very satisfied.
