I bought this for my first grandchild. Its so nice! Its bigger than I thought which is great. I love the embroidery . I paid for expedited shipping and it was delivered in 2 days!! I love it and will definitely continue using Personalization mall .

Ordered tote as a Christmas gift. It arrived promptly with attractive embroidery. Used the tote to transport our holiday gifts and left the tote with the grandkids for toys & blanket storage.

I ordered these the day before Thanksgiving and they arrived the day after. I was concerned about the quality but I had nothing to worry about. The items were embroidered (not glued on). The personalization was correct and they look like they cost much more than $20. I only wish that I’d ordered one for myself!

I purchased this to act as a “basket” for a housewarming gift. Friends purchased a vacation property and I filled this great item with supplies, for a bar.
My hope is, they will use this item as a place to put rolled beach towels or near the door, for sandy flip flops.
Extra benefit….this can be collapsed, for easy storage in the owner’s closet.

The customer service here is great. I bought this bag for a Christmas gift and it said it would be here before Christmas. It got lost on the way. I contacted them and with in 4 days I had this bag to give as a gift and they loved it!
