The gift was received but the text was over the photo. I called and was put in touch with the images department. They repositioned the photo and sent a replacement. The recipient loved the gift! Great customer service and highly recommended!!

I’m very happy with the way this ornament turned out. It’s very high quality. It’s a great way to pay tribute to our little dog. He will always have a place in our hearts and on our tree.

The only thing I don’t care for is the text is slightly off center. It looked this way in the online preview as well, but I was hoping it would be centered on the actual ornament.
