Lilac 18oz. Candle was at my house in NH just 6 days after ordering it. FedEx brought it right to our front door and handed it to me and I saw that the glass was packaged with thick white styrofoam around it and then packing paper to ensure it gets to me in perfect condition. Looks just like the preview that they showed when I customized the candle online. I got more than enough communication the whole time after ordering as well as a bunch of discount coupons for future purchases.
