I purchased this for a wonderful family as a thank you gift. It probably would of been really cool if only you could read the words. The paint on six of the letters look like it wasn't even painted so they blended in with the color of the rock. I didn't have time to return it and wait on another so I bought permanent Sharpies and colored all the letters with it and now it looks great. Part of the name and the entire word rock were unnoticable---not like this pic.

Was expecting a stone for my mother's garden...was disappointed to find out it's only half of a stone! They should make sure and put that somewhere in the description!

Ordered the larger sized "rock" as a gift for a friends new home. It arrived and the engraved part was right hence the one star but it is not a "flat rock on back" as described. It would have been far more accurate to say it is shaped like a shallow bowl with thin edges and flimsy. My friend thought it was a water dish for her cat if that tells you anything. SUPER DISAPPOINTED and would never order from here again due to feeling dupped.

I have ordered this product multiple times as my family grew and they all looked exactly like the picture, but not this one! It is orange color and looks awful. I asked customer service to replace it and they refused. They said said it varied in color and a new one would be the same. I ask them to escalate my issue to a supervisor and no one ever responded back!

This is a flimsy piece of plastic. Does not look like the picture.

This is a plastic type stone that is concave in shape. The Personization mall logo is stamped large on the bottom. I thought the words I chose would be “carved” looking on the top but is not- more of a cheap raised print look. Not happy.

The dimensions weren't shown and based on the photos, I thought it was a much bigger item and also that it was made out of stone and engraved. But, it's plastic, small and the letters don't look stately. Not worth what I paid and I probably won't use it.

It's not a stone it a cheap plaque. Not very big and looks extremely fake. Not worth the price at all.

Unfortunately the items I ordered where not what I wanted at all. I thought they were heavier and larger, especially based on the pictures. They were a mother's day present and I had to quickly go find something else. They were cute but not what I thought.

Looking at the stone it looks like it is engraved into the stone.
When it arrived the name looked like it was painted on the stone.
I called your company and complained, I was told it was laser engraved.
It is not returnable since it is personalized.
I have stones for my four grandchildren that are engraved into the stone.
I will not use your stone. I am disappointed. Look at your description. It looks like it is engraved into the stone but it is only on the surface.

I thought the stones were going to look real like the photo?? They are WAY too big so they look fake. I would of preferred a smaller "real" stone engraved to use as a paper weight

It does NOT look like a stone as pictured, it looks like a plaque and is very flat and hollow on the back. Glad I did not buy several as I originally planned

The letters are painted on, not engraved. The product likely won't last one season, let alone a full year.

I was extremely disappointed with this item. The stone looked plastic and the lettering was smeared.

Not even close to the real thing......looks very fake.

I was expecting this to look like the picture, I was actually disapointed after opening it up. Its very small and looks like cheap plastic.

I purchased these for my Mother and my Mother in Law for their gardens, when they arrived they looked horrible and they are tiny! I will NOT recommend to anyone to buy this product!
