The reason why I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because the tube was hard to open and close. Other than that the gift was perfect for my hubby. He loves it.

When ordering, I would suggest others note the size as some fatter cigars will not fit.

I bought this as a gift for my Dad for my wedding. It's very nice, what would make it excellent is if it were lined inside. Other then that the engraving and the simple black fabric case is nice.

As a Cigar smoker for over 60 years I have collected many different cutters and carrying tubes/cases. I was very impressed with the very fast turn-around time in my two items. I truly like the feel of my new cigar tube with my personalized name and rank, as well as the personalized cutter. My only regret is that the tube only holds one (1) cigar. Too bad you couldn't produce a three (3) tube case. All in All, a real good deal.

I ordered these for two people in our wedding party. I hope they like them. They are nice, but the names are very hard to read.

You say to rate the product only, but when a I buy an item I buy for the over all look. I would of given 5 stars, but engraving was not impressive enough.

The Engraved Siler Cigar Case & Cutter Set was an awesome anniverary gift for my husband. After being married for thirteen years I just wasn't sure what to get him. He has everything. So I came across this item and my first thought was wow, here's something he'll actually make use of. It won't be shoved into a closet or jewelry box. I was so pleased as to how quickly the item shipped. Arrived in plenty of time. I was impressed withthe quality of this item as well.

My husband was so happy when he opened this for Father's Day. They are both beautiful quality and the engraving was perfect. The only problem was the cigars that he smokes didn't fit in the case. It is just a little too small. He's trying to find cigars that are a little smaller.

Both products turned out beautifully and are of a very good quality. Just as many of the other reviews on here said, the cigar case is pretty narrow. I'm hoping my husband will be able to find cigars he likes that will fit in it. I have not given it to him yet but I think he'll love it and hope the size of it won't be too big of a deal.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and loved it when it came in the mail, but I was sad to find out that his favorite type of cigar didn't fit in the case. It's a beautiful case for thinner cigars though.

This item was a perfect gift for my boyfriend. I was not expecting such great quality. Note that the cigar case holds only thin cigars. That was an overlook on my part. Other than that great quality at a great price!

The personalized cigar case and cutter set is really nice. I had yet to find both pieces, of this quality, for such an affordable price. When I checked on personalizationmall.com and and found the "set" on sale, I ordered it right away! It was even nicer than the picture when it arrived (within just a few days). Love it and so will my husband!

The cutter was not as nice as I thought it would be, but overall great value. They both looked very nice.

I puchased for my son and husband for Christmas...They both thought the case was beautiful and good quality. the only problem is that there's not very many cigars that fit in the case. Only the small cigars. Inside of the tube in not as big as it appears on the outside...So they are not really able to use...I was disappointed...

It is a beautiful holder, especially with the engraving. However, the cigar holder will only hold a small diameter cigar.

This item was purchased for my boss for Christmas. He is a very picky person and has high tastes. He was thrilled with the gift and thought it looked really nice and professional. The quality seemed very nice, not cheap or thin. It was very well received.

the engraving the cigar case itself i was happy with, I just didn't realize it don't fit all sizes of cigars, it only fits the smaller size cigars, but other than that I was happy with it..

They both look nice. It is hard to find a cigar that fits in the case so it is almost useless.

But the cigar case holds only a slim caigar. Torpedos and Churchills will not fit. Nicely engraved, though.

I ordered this for my husband. When he received it he was happy with the cigar cutter. He also like the Cirgar case but wish it was wider to fix fatter cigars. The Case is good for thin size cigar. Man usually like to smoke the bigger cigars. the engraving was very nice. One more thing the shipping I would have rather it would have shipped via ups or fed-ex cause its much eaiser to track.

My husband loved it! Only wish that the ring was a little bigger, but it fits most of his cigars. Great to have.

It looks nice but also cheaply made. The case isn't very thick, meaning that it'll bend very easily. My husband likes it but I wouldn't buy it again if I had to. The price just wasn't worth it.

This looks nice and was exactly what I wanted to get my husband BUT it is useless for his large gauge cigars-- to include cutter. If you smoke skinny cigars, this will work. I wish they offered additional sizes, I am disappointed that he won't be able to use his gift as often.

Nicely made; personalization well done; but thought the case was for small cigars; disappointed in that.

The case and engraving are really nice, BUT is really hard to open,...Had to put lots of oil and let it seat in order for it to open...Now I will have to clean it really well because is for a gift and it will be very disappointing to the receiver to have oil smell in a tobacco case...:/

Both pieces in this set look great. My boyfriend was really impressed to see his name & initials on the irtems when he opened the set. Font size is great, easy to make out whats written. The only questionable part is how difficult it is to open the tube & slide the cutter closed.... You have to twist & pull & twist & pull & pull some more to get the tube to come open. & the cutter, we haven't used it on a cigar yet, but its definitely not smooth opening & closing it while empty. I think we're going to oil both pieces & hopefully that will be all that's needed to get them broken in! Overall a great product for the cost.

The product itself is just ok. It's very pretty and the personalization is a great touch but it doesn't appear to be exceptionally functional. I imagine after a couple dozen cigars this cutter is going to get dull and stop working but it will still look nice. The thing that impresses me is their customer service. I had a problem with the original cutter I ordered and the person I talked to fixed it right away, was so nice and professional, and never questioned me. It was wonderful to have such a great customer service experience.

I ordered this as a anniversary gift, both items engraved. They look absolutely amazing, and are lightweight. The cutter isn't as high in quality as I thought it would be, and seems cheaply maunfatured. However, my guy was extremely happy with his gift, which made me happy. Just hoping it holds up well enough to not just be a keepsake...

This item is neat! the Cigar holder is biger then i expected but the personalization was not as eay to see as i would have liked. I would have also liked to have a font choise.

My fiance wanted a case that could hold a big cigar. Unfortunately it can only hold a medium sized cigar. Thats not horrible, but the engraving was done so lightly that I could hardly see his name. The gift was a nice idea, he loved it, but I think that the engraving could have been done better.
