Stocking Family Personalized Ornament Customer Reviews

I was really disappointed with the ornaments I purchased for my children this year. The names on the stockings were really hard to see. The stockings needed to be a darker shade or the personalization should have been larger or something. It must just be this ornament though because other years they turned out beautifully.

For 3 years I have purchased diffenent style ornaments with family names, date and year on them. All were beautiful until this year - not very pleased with stockings and when my order came all 3 were defective - could have been bad batch but customer service replaced them and they are better now but not too thrilled with stocking design.

I did not like this at all. It is very hard to read the names.

This was beautiful however with it being clear, I was disappointed the etching didn't show up enough to read.

I have been a loyal customer for about 4 years now. I have been extremely happy with all items through the years and I've ordered quite a bit... But I have to say that I am surprised and disappointed in this particular item. The frosted stocking are flaking off and they all look terrible :(

Never received any of the items I ordered. I did get a refund but had no ornaments for my kids for 2020. First time in 30+ years where they did not get an ornament marking the year. ....Also, could never get in touch with customer service. I've been ordering from Personalation Mall for a few years but will think twice next time.

I didn't like the way this came out. You can hardly see the names. I ordered other ornaments that look great, too bad this one doesn't. I will probably not hang this on my tree.

Not good. Unless you hold the ornament up to the light, you can't read the names on the stockings. They are imprinted too lightly to be able to see them....kind of disappointing.

This ornament does not look like the preview. You can hardly read the names on the stockings. I asked the company for a replacement, but they say it cannot be etched any better than it already is and did not offer a refund. Very disappointed, as this was a gift.
