Coffee Time The mugs turned out great, the only suggestion I have is that the background print is extremely light and hard to see.

Personalized Coffe Mug The Personalized Coffee Mug was everything I hoped it would be. Instead of a Career in the background, I used his nickname, and he LOVED it. I also personalized the verse on the back and turned out beautiful. I ordered this mug on Monday evening and received it on Thursday!!! I was very surprised and VERY pleased!!! Thanks!!!!

 Not Pure WhiteThe mug has a slight marbling effect with tan lines. I ordered the larger mug so this was stretched out a bit. The description does not tell or show the marbling effect. It almost looks like a mistake when you receive it. I ordered this as a gift for a police officer in our town. I'm sure he will enjoy it.

Great Gift Coffee mug is good quality. Text is a bit muted and kinda hard to see, but that is probably a good thing for the very humble recipient.

Mostly pleased Was pleased when I receeved the mug. I think that our friend will love it when she unwraps at her graduation. Kind of which the word Doctor behind her name was a little more bold.

Nice mugs I am happy with these mugs. Some have complained that it is hard to read the script, and it is true it is a little hard to read but I like the subtle background behind the name and the quote is also subtle but I think it adds to the classy look of the mug.

Slight Improvement Needed By Shopper (Loganville, GA) - March 22, 2016 The background was printed with "Music Lover" which is what I wanted. However, you could barely make out that it even said Music Lover as it was not clear to see. The name on top of it was good but if I did not know that it said Music Lover, you would not be able to tell. It looked great on the computer when I was ordering it but the actual product was not clear like it was on the computer. A little disappointed with that!:-(

Great Career Mug! Nice quality mug, the ability to personalize it was helpful especially for those hard to find careers. The only thing that would make it better is if the career title was a little darker. The way it is now, it's a little hard to see.

Name your career mug the mug was exactly as we wanted it, but shipping was way overpriced. Either way, the recipient of this mug loved it and it brought a tear to his eye to say goodbye to our son as he moved on to another job.

The lettering on back of mug is in smaller font size, wish I would
have ordered in navy blue (maybe the background would have shown up better with darker color). But got this along with a mouse pad, makes a nice set!

The print in the background was so light, that it was hard to make out, unless of course, you were looking for what it says.

Could be better The blue color of the mug is vibrant but the personalized message is a bit hazy.

Quality not delivered Such a clever idea and I was looking forward to surprising the recipient with this personalized coffee mug. I was very disappointed with the quality of the printing on the mug however. The background lettering of the career is hardly visible at all! And the lines of the lettering of the name are not sharp and edges not straight, as if the camera was not in focus and the is image blurred. Would probably not order this product again, tho still a nice idea.

The cup was just way smaller than I expected for the price. It doesn't hold 11 oz.

Suggestions The mugs I ordered were beautiful but I was disappointed in a few things. First there is a background with the title of their job on it and it was so faint you could barely see it, much less read it. Second the labels were not centered on the mug....so sad because they were beautiful otherwise but I will not opt for this design again.

A bit disappointed The image was very light and hard to read. Thank goodness the gift went to a young person with good eyes. The photo preview was very legible and looked as if it would show up easily on the mug. The actual item was not so legible.

Not happy with mug By Shopper (Letcher, SD) - December 8, 2014 I ordered two of these mugs one for my son and one for my son in law. One in blue and one in the red. The blue one was OK, but you can barely read the company name in the background. I knew it was to be recessed and faint, but you cant even see it. The other red one was really faint and my son in laws name which is TIM is spelled in a funny font and you cant make the name out either. I have ordered lots of stuff from this site before but would not recommend these mugs as the printing is off and you cant read the company names.

not very happy I LOVE Personalization Mall but this mug was a let down. I have the canvas like this from them and it is AWESOME. This mug did not have same quality that all the other business items I have ordered.

Product features I didn't like I so very much appreciated the help and quick service dropped I received when my 87 yr old father dropped and broke his 30 yr coffee mug. My only disappointments are, the print on the mug is too small, and not vivid enough for his old eyes to see. On the computer it looked fine, but there is not enough contrast and the lettering on both sides are just too small . It did help, he did realize it was a gift for him, but he can't tell that it says his name. I should have outlined out in a bolder color for contrast.

It's obviously a decal that they put on, and the color that looks rich and solid online is see-through, making the wording very hard to read. The background of the decal is floral with a cream background, but the mug is white, and it looks awful.

dissapointed I have bought other mugs and have been happy. This one doesn't turn out like the picture. The profession you pick out in the background is so light you can't read it at all! The name in cursive is pretty but I didn't buy the mug for the name I bought it for the profession and second the name. It is not good enough to give as a gift.
