I ordered this adorable tree ornament for each of our dogs. It is unique and will be a constant reminder of how much they are a part of our family. It was special to be able to put a sentiment under the name.

This ornament turned out really well. I like the fact that I could personalize it with my own saying about my dog. The kids are going to love it when I show them on the day we decorate our Christmas tree.

I got one for all three dogs and they are so cute. I wish you had had one for my bird.

I do like this ornament, it is adorable. The only problem I have with it is the engraving. The text is etched into the ornament, which is fine, but it looks like little lines, instead of solid black letters. From a distance you don't notice, but up close you do. I wish the engraving would have been more solid, it would have looked a lot nicer. Overall, I am still happy with the ornament.

Lettering is nice and accurate. Color is nice. The bone became detached from the ornament one second after I "very" gently removed it from the pouch. It is a nice keepsake.

We loved the ornament! The wording is only meant for one name however I was able to get two names on without a space. One more space would have been awesome. I'm still very happy the way it turned out and we have a Christmas memory for our fur babies!

The letters were great my kids loved them. The ornament easy so cute the only issue is the date was not fully in place it was missing part of the 6. Sharpie fixed it.

This is a big, solid ornament. I liked being able to choose the year because I put the year we got our dog, not the current year.

This ornament is so cute and sparkly. The little dog bone was not attached, however. I had to reattach it to the ring.

It is very cute except I think it looks a little off balance. I think it needed another little bone on the other side of the dish. Did not notice this when I ordered.

Bought this ornament for our first puppy's 1st christmas. Got a new puppy this year but her name has 9 letters and wouldn't fit. I selected another ornament but really love this one

I love this ornament, the only reason I did not give it a 5 is because the metal link that is connected to the bone at the bottom looks like it may not last long. Otherwise, I like it.

The ornament is so cute...I bought 4 only problem is out of the 4 only one bone was attached to the ornament and the additional ring was missing to attach them

I love this ornament. I had it personalized for our newest fur baby, as it is his first Christmas with us. It is colorful and cute but the bone came off while handling it. It was easily fixable, I just closed it tightly with needle nose pliers. The ornament itself is of good quality and the writing came out well too. I liked this ornament option because the other pet ornaments with breeds on them didn't have any that looked like my boy because he is mixed, so this was a great alternative to get him a personalized ornament.

Ordered this and when receiving it the I ring missing to connect the little bone. I called and was offered a replacement ornament so I didnt need to try and fix myself. Replacement arrived and although o ring is included it's still NOT connected. So after this I'll still have to try and connect myself. Great company and I've ordered many times from in the past. This issue seems to be quality control or lack of quality inspection.

I ordered two of these however one came and was broken. I called to get a replacement but was told they were all sold out. I was a little dissapointed but I did get my money back very promptly.

I ordered several ornaments. This one is very cute. The paint was a little smudged in one small area, which is NOT normal for ornaments I get here. Still very nice and A cute gift for my friend.

The little bone attached to the ornament was cracked in half, but I called customer service and they were very helpful and nice - offered a full refund since I was traveling and didn't have time to wait for a new one. I was able to superglue the bone back together and you could never tell. It's a beautiful ornament that sparkles against the lights on the tree - any pet owner would love to have it!

(My only regret is this item has no bling... but....the white personaized bowl does "stand out" with good placement on our tree. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars)
