I love this ornament! I have one for each of our grandchildren. They are beautiful and great quality. Great memory for my tree - we got the 2 sided ones, so we could write a little note for each. One day they can each have their ornament.

I previously ordered three of these ornaments as my grandchildren were born. When my son recently adopted his wife's two children, I wanted them to also have an ornament on my (and their) Christmas tree. These were the perfect ornaments because I could also put a sentiment on the back.

We had really cut back on buying this year and what do you get a 1 month old for Christmas anyway? We ordered this for her parents to put on the tree and it was perfect! This will be a lasting and treasured gift!

This ornament came exactly how I ordered it and reviewed it online. I ordered this particular “it’s a girl” ornament because I had already received a “it’s a boy” ornament for the same family when they had their first child their son. Now with their second little bundle of joy being a girl I wanted her to have one of her own. It was beautiful, high-quality and delivery was so fast that the tracking didn’t even have time to get processed before it was delivered.

I ordered this ornament for my son's new daughter. The size and quality are perfect. I am thrilled with how professional of a job was done. The picture came out beautifully on the front along with her name and birthdate. I wrote up something for the back to my granddaughter and signed it Love, Dad. I know my son will love it and it brought tears to my eyes when I saw what a great job they did with this! Purchased for my son's family to celebrate my grandson's first Christmas. It is a medium-weight, china/porcelain ornament. The picture was sharp on the front, and the wording (good wishes from grandparent) on reverse was exactly as we wanted. You get exactly what is advertised! Also great as a gift to announce birth.

As soon as my niece posted the picture of her new baby I knew I wanted to do something special for her, but I'm 700 miles away. So I turned to the internet, because Christmas was just around the corner I thought ornament. Thank goodness this website came up, I had no idea I had time to get one with her picture and name on it. I had it shipped directly to my niece. It arrived the same day they got home from the hospital. She called to tell me how beautiful it was and that her and her husband loved it and would cherish it forever.

The first ornament that I got the entire image was very off-center. I contacted Personalization Mall and they re-made and sent me a new ornament for free. I didn't even have to send back the bad one! Awesome customer service!

This item came just as expected - perfect. Creating it is so easy to do. It is a sturdy piece of ceramic, glazed and larger than I thought it might be, but I'm glad about that.
I decided to create this for my "expected" grandchild, and will make him a "new baby" one next year.
