Looks hand painted up close. By Shopper (Northfield, NJ) - December 22, 2011 Very nice ornament. Looks like it was hand painted. Our Lab passed away last year and I have young children. I actually bought one for each of my children in their favorite color with a picture of the Lab. I put on it: "In Memory of" at the top and the dog's name at he bottom. Although I am giving it to my children as a Christmas present, it will not be hung on our tree, but in their room as a little memorial to the best friend that they lost. It turned out beautiful...just as I hoped it would look.

precious This was a gift and it came perfect very classy in a velvet pouch, made a great impression, the quality was excellent. I loved it, and I gave it to my sister and her husband who are very picky people and they loved it. Very Adorable! Looks Great! These ornaments are a wonderful addition to our collection of ornaments that we have, just for our dogs! My husband and I decided to go with this ornament instead of the usual dog bone or dog bowl ornaments we've purchased in the past, that are currently offered by PersonalizationMall. We thought that the beagle design was very adorable and would be a nice change to our collection, along with adding our dogs' nicknames instead of their actual names. They turned out beautiful!! They aren't thin, they're a really nice size, and I know they will last for years. I am yet to be disappointed by any of PersonalizationMall's ornaments. This is the 6th year I have ordered ornaments from them, and as always, I am very pleased with the items I have purchased!

The different breed images are adorable, and there are endless possibilities regarding the phrases/message you want to put on the back. Overall, it's really cute. My only complaint is in regards to how accurately the color is depicted online versus in person. I ordered the sage green, and the color on the actual product was very faded and harder to read than it appeared in the image preview. But, it's still a nice gift and I hope they expand this product line soon! I'd love to get more things that match!

 Ribbon not the same and stinksBy Shopper (Mesa, AZ) - November 30, 2019 The ornament itself seems about the same but the new ribbon stinks and I’m bummed out. I had received several of these ornaments in the past and they were perfect. The ribbon was sturdy and pretty which added to the aesthetic of the piece. Now you get a cheap ribbon that if you don’t tie properly will allow the ornament to slip right off.

Cute, but... By Shopper (Layton, UT) - December 22, 2015 I ordered this for my roommates who each have adorable chihuahuas.The ability to put only a certain amount of letters on each line, resulted in the writing, on the finished product, to appear over-crowded. If this wasn't a Christmas gift, I would, most likely, return it. My roommates liked the 'idea,' going from idea, to reality, is where it fell short.
