This is not the first ornament I have purchased. They always arrive beautifully done. I get one for my adult children every year. It's great because you get the year on the item also.

Lost first shipment. Replacement took 2 weeks. I didn't receive it until 1/12 even though it show being received on 1/9.

Every year I set up a small Christmas tree with small personalized ornaments with each of my grandchildren’s names. A couple of them have unusual names so I buy blank ornaments from the company that designed the ornaments and wrote their names in the blank space.

When was excited to find ornaments that I can personalize and matched my Christmas decor. I ordered an ornament for each of my grandchildren and one for my husband and I. My grandchildren were excited to see their names on the tree

Usually buy each of them an ornament or two but these were a nice keepsake.

These ornaments are just as beautiful in person as they are in the photographs online. The ornaments were packaged in a drawstring pouch and then wrapped in bubblewrap to protect them in shipping and now storage until next year. I misspelled one name and had to reorder one ornament. I ordered it the Sunday before Christmas paying for expedited shipping, and it arrived with days to spare! A great company that produces beautiful product(s).
