The ornament looked as good as (actually better than) it did in the online catalog! I used the ornament instead of a place card so each guest would know where to sit at the dinner table. It then became a favor each guest went home with. Each one was well received!
Of the ten I ordered,, 9 came out perfectly; I made 1 quick phone call about the one that needed to be replaced; and I had the replacement in a few days. The original shipment came much earlier than expected.

All the wood ornaments looked great except the one for Nik. The carved version looks like the name is NOOK. The spacing was too spread out so the 'I' is not ledgable. Your online preview looks way better than the actual ornament.
