These ornaments are very attractive. These are early Christmas presents for my grandchildren to put on their Christmas tree. They are reasonably priced and well made. They come in a nice velvet-like drawstring bag to protect the ornament.

Excellent quality and so affordable

Buy an ornament each year for grandson. Excellent quality and craftsmanship.

I initially purchased five ornaments, each with one of my grandchildren's names on them. One of the ornaments was not painted correctly and I would not give it to my grandson that way. I called Personalization and explained the situation and asked that they send me another. They asked me to send them a picture of the ornament in question which I did, and they responded that they would send me a new one and that I did not have to return the original one. The corrected ornament was shipped right away and was received in a very short period of time and it was perfect. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a personalized product. They were great to work with.

Items are well done. Lettering is spaced evenly for most. Three letter ornament looks weird. Overall I am pleased.

The ornament is almost identical to the ones that I bought in 2019. This stain is slightly lighter than the others. I am the only one that will notice. I’m using them as identification on their stocking.
