I bought 8 red maple ornaments with family names and their birth year (as a keepsake) this year. One had a slight flaw that didn't match the others. The wonderful, friendly and efficient staff at PMall sent me a perfect replacement right away. These ornaments are well-made and very pretty. Can't wait to use them as the tag on Christmas presents for family this year and they can hang them on their own trees in the future.

I ordered the 2021 ornament for my son snd his girlfriend in red. Very nice! I like the red because I think it shows the names more clearly. They both have uncommon names also, so the personalized option was perfect for me.
