Great job I purchased a Cup with a name and meaning , the Hot Chocolate was just an added gift to give the cup use. The cup was awesome as she loved it, and what isn't there to like about Hot Chocolate.

Happy Now By Shopper (Puyallup, WA) - May 12, 2021 Loved the mug but was extremely unsatisfied when my wife was taking a picture of it to show it off and the mug fell apart. It was shipped to us with the bottom end not screwed on tight that holds the entire mug together. Once I put it together and screwed it on as tight as I could do it we were both happy. This bottom should probably be glued on also before shipment to customers!

Damaged By Shopper (Grand Island, NY) - May 29, 2018 This cocoa arrived packaged neatly in box but was unusable. It was ripped open inside the bag and was a mess! Anyway, I still love Personalization mall because they have great quality products and do great job personalizing.

Hot chocolate This was a free item. The only complaint I have is that when I went to wrap it, hot chocolate powder sprayed all over. The package was opened slightly.
