Not enough options By Shopper (Berlin, MI) - October 12, 2021 The canvas is exactly as ordered and well made. I don’t like some segments of the template that can’t be changed. For example, the top and bottom both say achievements and that is a permanent part of the template. I wish that one of those lines would be open up to change. Otherwise it is a nice momentum of a career. I would give it 5 stars for quality but I want more than 11 segments to better personalized the traits of the employee. My department gives these out at retirement and it is a cherished gift. My only complaint is the lack of options to change certain segments. The limitations of characters is totally understandable and is well spaced within that segment.

The only reason this didn't receive five stars is that we'd love for it to be available in multiple colors and offer an option to upload an image (such as a logo or picture of the retiree). But, the quality is great, and it's a cool gift for sure!

I believe this canvas product could be improved by allowing varying degrees of personalization. These are generated by a computerized system, so why not allow the customers that are more creative to be just that - creative - and fill as many blank fields as they would like.
This is a quality product I would recommend to anyone.

Exactly as it Appears On Screen Very nice canvas, bought it for a person retiring. The only thing that could make it even nicer is if you added a few splashes of actual color. There are shades of neutral colors, but if a few of the "personalized" phrases could be in a different color from your standard text, the personalized phrases would stand out better.

Beautiful Product! This turned out so much nicer than I was expecting! It looked phenomenal and everything came together so much nicer than the justice the image projection did it. It was a big larger than I was expecting but still a great present!

Retirement present By Shopper (Aviston, IL) - September 7, 2015 The idea is to personalize a number of the blocks to be printed, and several have suggestions for what to put in, but there are blocks that cannot be changed and might not be appropriate for the individual recipient. Also it takes a while to figure out what information will be in large block letters and which will be vertical or bolded. Since all of the blocks must be filled in I would caution a potential buyer to be patient while designing your individualization.

Great canvas - terrible frame Ordered this for my boss. When it arrived, the frame was cracked and in pieces. I called customer service and they were very nice. Told me to email a picture of the frame to them which I did. They said they would ship a replacement to me. When I received the replacement, it too was damaged. Sent email of frame #2. They said they would send another replacement or credit me the cost of the frame. I decided to try one more time and opted for the frame. This time it came intact. With each new frame came another canvas. Said they couldn't ship the frame without the canvas. So now I have 1 good canvas and frame, and 2 damaged frames and 2 extra canvases. The personalized canvas turned out great, however, I am very disappointed with the frame and am afraid how well it will hold up.

Ok The print was beautiful but the frame it came in, the tabs to hold the canvas in fell out, I had to use a small hammer to put them back in because I didn't have time to request a replacement. Just hope they hold for the recipient!

She was happy with the personalized gift yet did not express satisfaction toward the item quality. I ordered the deluxe hanging kit for this canvas print yet it was not delivered. After making a claim, the kit was shipped. With the express shipping request, the ETA of the shipment was accurate. At least, one thing was done properly.

Personalized retirement canvas print By Shopper (Warwick, MD) - February 9, 2016 I would have rated this higher has it not been delivered twice broken. Quality of canvas very good.First order frame was cracked - filed complaint - customer service/quality very quick to respond and replace. Replacement damaged worse than the first! I had to give to my boss so I glued the first one the best that I could, bought a paint pen to match the color of the frame and "fixed" damaged corner. I was embarrassed, but he understood. This item needs better packaging to protect frame!!!!!
