I was very pleased with this product. I purchased it as a graduation gift, the photo was clear and positioned just as I had requested, the message was printed beautifully and again just as I has set it up. I've since ordered other items from this site and have been pleased with everything.

When I ordered the personalized frame for my daughter's graduation, I was sceptical due to such a reasonable price. My son and his best friend are going to college in different states. They have been friends since babies and I wanted to give them something special to take with them and put in their dorm rooms. I actually used this as a template and made a memorial plaque for my father who lost his dog. My dad was really upset about losing his dog, he was a part of our family and I wanted to do something nice to remember him. It is so nice that you are able to create your own. I purchased this for my daughter's college graduation. Unfortunately, I didn't receive it in time (totally my fault in deciding last min. to buy) so I wasn't able to give it to her yet. But it is such a beautiful, sentimental gift, I do not want to mail it to her but rather I'm waiting until she comes home in a few weeks so I can give it to her in person. I ordered this for my daughter's High School graduation. The plaque is beautiful and good quality. My only suggestion is to upload a very good quality picture to get the best results on the plaque. Mine shows very slight color bluish spots, almost like a water spot, hardly visible, but still there. (used pic from Iphone) Other than that, I'm very happy with the product and can't wait for my daughter to open it!

This is wonderful plaque for your grad. I wrote my own verse for it. It turned out beautifully. Make sure you follow the instructions for the photo so it turns out perfect. Mine was just a teeny bit fuzzy but I didn't follow directions because I am a rebel LOL

The title says it all for this review. We purchased this piece for a graduation remembrance of our daughters High School Graduation. It was made and delivered exactly as we had designed and is a beautiful design. As we were storing items to transfer from the graduation party to home and folded this to protect the inside, the cheap hinges came loose and pulled completely out of the pressed wood material of the frame. Luckily I was able to just push the hinges back into position,
