personalized cross By Shopper (turtle lake, WI) - October 9, 2020 this is the fourth cross I have purchased and was happy with all but this one. I believe it was the name that made it look bad it has two L's in the center and it made it look like part of it was missing, the L's are hard to see maybe if they would outline the letters it would have looked much better. My family has seen the all the crosses I have ordered and they all agreed this one just didn't look good. depending on the name I would order again.

Cross I am a little disappointed in this product. I thought it would be bigger then what it is. It’s still cute and it has her name across it which I like. I just wish it was bigger

Unique Christening Gift I've ordered this beautiful cross about 6 times in the past. It is so unique and the workmanship is truly lovely. This most recent gift is for a child with only 4 characters in her name. Therefore the "cross" aspect of the gift is not that obvious. The horizontal letters are not long enough to give the true affect of a cross. However, all of the others with longer names were gorgeous. I don't want this considered to be a negative review. It is just that the item looks better when there are more characters to work with. Thank you.

Personalized cross Cross was delivered broken, but company replaced for free. I have always gotten good products from here and customer service was very good.

I liked being able to personalize it, however I was disappointed that I could only use 5 lines to express my sentiments for her special day. I had to keep cutting out lines of words that I really wanted on the cross, so as to fit it proportionately. I wish it was a little longer in size, but overall I do like it. And, she'll have this keepsake forever.

Quality Wood Cross I ordered this cross for my grandson. When it was delivered, the cross was cracked in half, presumably from shipping. Customer service replaced the item in a timely fashion without question. When I received the replacement, it was perfect. The only thing that I don't like about it, is that the wood has a "burnt" smell to it, like they used wood that was in a fire. Other than that, it is a very nice item.

Beautiful When I first received this product I thought it was small and flimsy because it broke during mailing. However when I received another one, I thought it was much better quality, and looked beautiful. This is great for those children who cannot find their names anywhere, but also an affordable price for personalization.

Lovely item....But... By Shopper (Glencoe, MN) - August 30, 2016 This is a lovely item but much smaller than I thought it would be. I should have checked that because I know that they had measurements but I never did.
Plus, in will fill the room with a burnt smell.
It is just the way it is made. How can one get rid of that smell? I really don't know so for now it is in our garage.
Rather sad but I'm hoping in time the smell on it will improve.

Beautiful craftsmanship! I love this sweet little cross but I was a bit surprised and disappointed that it is so thin, as I expected it to be a bit thicker. It will be snapped into pieces if it ends up beneath something heavier. But it will be perfect hanging on the wall above the baby's crib!

Light and smallish By Shopper (Fort Worth, TX) - July 17, 2016 I would have liked it to be a little more substantial in weight & at least twice its size,the wording had room to be bigger also but they chose instead to use a smallish font.I ended up putting it into a standard sized greeting card because it was not substantial enough to lay with the gifts in the baby shower bag.Not sure what it could be used for.Certainly not hanging on the wall and a bit too big for tree ornament.For the price I am satisfied (it was on sale). I probably will not order again.

LOVE but small This is beautiful. Great quality and very nice. I know the description said 6in, but it really does seem so small. More of an ornament than a wall cross. I wish there was an option to buy it larger. Then I would definitely buy it for many baptism gifts!

Adorable but very light By Shopper (Fishkill, NY) - March 12, 2016 The cross is very nice but it has absolutely no weight to it so it feels cheaply made. It's thin as well. I had to give cash with this bc I was too embarrassed to give just this as a gift. With this, it really is the thought that counts. Definitely worth buying if it's not the only gift you're giving. Keep that in mind when purchasing. Glad I got it on sale and it was under 20 total. Definitely unique as well. If you're curious as size, it is small. It's about the length of my hand.
