 Very nice but smaller than I expectedI bought this for my nephew who is getting baptized at an older age (4 years old). I didn't want anything too babyish. I love the design but wish it was larger considering the price. I bought a different style of cross for another present and it was thicker and bigger. Beautiful craftsmanship but just disappointed in the size.

Airing it out and hope the smell goes away by christening. No one else mentioned this in reviews so don't know why its just me but had to mention it

Dedication gift for my Great Nephew I wished I would have checked the dimensions. I thought it would be larger. The product was nice but I was expecting something slightly larger.

Beautiful but very small They did a great job but unless you are looking for something the size of a large ornament probably not the best choice. I should have checked the dimensions as I was disappointed.

Disappointed I must learn to read size of products. This is so small, so disappointed. The picture made it look nice to hang on wall. For the price, not worth it, so now I have to get something else to go with it for my special occasion. Think twice before I order again

The personalization was fine but overall I would not purchase again. I had previously purchased another cross thru this site and it was a more reasonable size.

Disappointing By Shopper (lynnwood, WA) - May 14, 2018 I knew this cross would be smaller than I wanted due to the measurements given, but did not expect it to appear so thin and almost "cheap" looking. I wanted to give it for a wall cross (as it described to be), but it looks more like a Christmas ornament. Unfortunately, there are no bigger wall crosses similar to this one on the site.
The engraving was beautiful though!

Feel mislead I know you gave the dimensions of this product and I should know more about how to calculate the size but I was not happy with this little bitty cross that looks nothing like the picture. Even the example shown here does not adequately or correctly let the uninformed buyer know just how small the cross is. Also there is no blackened background as shown, you are able to see right through the letters making them difficult to read. You could do better.

The second one was ok... They sent me my personalized cross (it's fragile, especially around the name part, and wooden) in just a bubble wrap envelope (NOT ENOUGH PACKAGING!). The first one was broken in half in irreparable. Customer service was very nice, expedited me a new one and the second one was fine.

Disappointed in size I was disappointed in the size of this cross. I've purchased other crosses and many other items and loved everything. It was my own mistake because I didn't read the explanation of the item better. I didn't realize it was more like a Christmas tree ornament than a cross that could be hung on the wall, for what I bought it for. I wish the size was listed bigger, like in the title where it would be noticed more. I'll be more careful reading descriptions in the future.

Disappointed with product. The item was smaller then I had thought it would be,basically ornament size. The main problem was the horrible odor. I was told that it was caused by the laser cut and to use rubbing alcohol on it. Didn't work,so I wrapped it in a fabric softener dryer sheet for a week and this helped. Would not order this again,especially at the price.

First time being disappointed with Personalization Mall I've order multiple items from personalizationmall.com. This is the first time
that my item did not arrived as it showed in the preview window. It did however show up as the picture below, but that isn't what I approved in the preview window.

Nice, but not what you see I saw this item and thought that it was unique and represented the cross well, I just did not realize that it was so small. When looking at the photo, it looks about 12 inches high by 12 inches wide, (read the size) it is much smaller than it appears, but is the right size listed. If I knew that it was so small, I would have not purchased this one, rather looked for something different or had it made else where. Don't be fooled by the size. Plus the wood is flimsy and easy to crack or break, Choose something different

wood cross Beautiful but very disappointed with how small it is!. Thought it could go on the wall above his crib but it might pass as a Christmas tree ornimant. Not sure what to do with it. Embarrassed to give as a gift.

it looks cheap I was disappointed. I was aware of the dimensions but it looks so cheap. If the wooden cross was thicker, this would be perfect. My husband is a carpenter so he is going to build a bigger cross to glue this cross to.

Poor quality for price I ordered 4 crosses to give as a Thank you for some of our guests at my grandson first communion and I was embarrassed to give to them , they are extremely small and very thin wood they don’t look nothing like the picture on the web site very expensive for the size and quality . Very disappointed won’t buy anymore from them
