Company does not stand behind their productThis product was purchased as a gift for a relative who lost a beloved pet. After having the item for 8 months, the design literally is separating from the yard stake. I contacted the company and they gave me a store credit for $15.95, the cost of only the magnet. That would be okay, except I'd still have to spend $8.49 on shipping and then tax when I've already spent money for this item. The customer service rep has been clear to let me know they will not do anything further for me, as the store credit was a "courtesy" as it was. So, if a product ends up being defective after the 30 day window, you're pretty much out of luck. The store policy says that they will stand behind defective product and make it right - that's not the case. All I have asked for is the item to be redone and sent to the original recipient, but they are not helping with this. Very disappointing. Also each email had to be sent multiple times to even get a response. Disappointing.
