They font was not at all what I expected. It was almost a child's writing and the 'm' in my is illegible.

I’m not a fan of the material. It’s very flimsy which I thought it would be metal. The pole is sold separate which I didn’t know so I couldn’t hang it how I wanted to. The image is clear though and print is okay.

I was not expecting just the sign i thought it came with the stand. Didn't read correctly I guess

I ordered this for a friend who just lost their pet. I sent it to their house as a gift and found out by them that it DOESNT COME WITH A STAKE LIKE SHOWN IN THE PICTURE. So now they have a magnet. This item should state what it does and doesn’t come with more clearly.

Was dissatisfied when I assumed I was getting magnetic sign with stake. Thought interchangeable option after you personalize meant you could change out original stake with an other optional stakes. Should say changeable with other magnetic signs. Also, should be noted in item upfront that price is just for magnetic sign and stake not included. So unless I order a stake separately magnetic sign is useless alone.
Also photo had white edging on both sides. Still looks okay though.

I have had to order this item three (3) times. It does not hold up outside in the weather. The first one only 6 months. The second one I coated it with poly and it made it a year. I probably will not order another one when this third one goes, it is not worth it. When it is new it is really nice.

It was beautiful when I first received this, but like other people have commented on, after being outside for a few months it is peeling everywhere and parts of the photo have chipped away. It's meant for being outside so they really need to put some sort of protective film over it otherwise it's a waste of money !

This product was purchased as a gift for a relative who lost a beloved pet. After having the item for 8 months, the design literally is separating from the yard stake. I contacted the company and they gave me a store credit for $15.95, the cost of only the magnet. That would be okay, except I'd still have to spend $8.49 on shipping and then tax when I've already spent money for this item. The customer service rep has been clear to let me know they will not do anything further for me, as the store credit was a "courtesy" as it was. So, if a product ends up being defective after the 30 day window, you're pretty much out of luck. The store policy says that they will stand behind defective product and make it right - that's not the case. All I have asked for is the item to be redone and sent to the original recipient, but they are not helping with this. Very disappointing. Also each email had to be sent multiple times to even get a response. Disappointing.

We loved the memorial stake when we received our first one. However after less than six months the magnet is curling up and color is fading. The writing is flaking off. We just received a replacement. There is only a one month warranty on this product. It needs some kind of protective covering. We will not order again.

I thought this was a metal plaque, not a magnet, now i wanted to order the stake but cannot order it separately. so i sit with a magnet and no way to display it. very disappointed.

I ordered this for my mom for Christmas as her dog had just passed the week of thanksgiving. The lettering and numbers are sub par! The only plus is its magnetic.

I placed an order for 2 items for mother’s day gifts, I thought they looked terrible the writing on them looked like a 2 year old wrote on them. They say money back but that was it the case at all! I got tired of the back and forth emails so I just put them in the trash and I would never recommend this to anyone!!!!!
