I purchased this robe for my wife for Christmas. She is almost 7 months pregnant and this robe could easily be wrapped around her twice. So, needless to say, it's not one size fits most. It really should be labeled as XL. As a family, we've been purchasing from personalizatio nmall for years, but this is the last thing I'll order from this site. Customer service was unwilling to let us return or exchange this. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to the supervisor, but it went straight to voicemail. I'm one disappointed customer, and now I'm out $55 on a robe that my wife will never be able to use.
