I paid alot for rush shipping so it would arrive on a certain day. Unfortunately, it was never delivered in that time and tracking only showed it shipped, no other info from FedEx for a week! I contacted Personalization Mall and they offered a replacement or a full refund, even though the issue was not on their end. The original item eventually arrived (much later than we hoped) but it is perfect! I couldn't be happier with the customer service and will 100% order again.

Packaged securely. Personalized pillow case. Actual pillow came in sealed,vacuum packed plastic.once opened expanded into decorative pillow size. Color of picture could have been adjusted a bit. But overall satisfied.

The shipping company is awful! My package took 12 days to go from Illinois to Ohio. Tracking shows it went to West Virginia, to Mississippi and to Maryland before arriving in Ohio. Then took nearly 4 days to finally be delivered on Christmas eve, a day later than I needed it.
