Picture Perfect Personalized Photo Pillow Customer Reviews

I do like the pillow. I ordered 2, one I kept and had the other delivered to a family member. I decided to make the pictures black and white, it looked great as a preview on the comouter but felt that the pictures were too dark on the pillow. I was a little disappointed. If I ordered again, I would lighten them up or just go with color pictures instead of the black and white.

This pillow is nice. The pictures were not completely clear, but since it was being printed on fabric, I guess it can't be 100%. I gave it 3 stars because it just seemed kind of plain. I am not sure I would ever order another, but it is cute for what it is.

THE PICTURE ON THE PILLOW ITSELF WAS GREAT QUALITY, BUT I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE PILLOWS ARE NOT OFFERED IN OTHER COLORS OTHER THAN WHITE. IF IT WERE AT LEAST OFFERED IN A CREAM COLOR, THE PILLOW WOULD BE MUCH BETTER. I ORDERED THESE PILLOWS TO GO ON MY MOTHER'S COUCH AND THE WHITE JUST DO NOT MATCH NEAR AS WELL AS CREAM WOULD. THIS MADE A PERFECT GIFT AND I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER THEM FOR OTHER PEOPLE, BUT NOT UNTIL A CREAM COLOR PILLOW IS OFFERED TOO.

I was disappointed in the thickness or should I say thinness of the pillow. Customer service was friendly and gave me 5 dollars off. Would have liked more so I could use the money to buy another pillow to out inside case.

I thought the pillow was too flat small the picture should have been larger.

Very cheaply made pillow. Extremely flat! Pillow cover that goes over the pillow is decent. Picture quality could have been better. I have ordered many things from here and this is the first time I have been disappointed.

Bought this as a gift for my mom. I assumed it would be as thick as a normal throw pillow especially for the price. This pillow is VERY thin. I'm a little embarrassed to give it as a gift because it looks cheap due to how thin it is.

The picture on the pillow was was distorted. It was spread out too wide and not adjusted proportionally.

Very dissatisfied with the color shading on the three pictures I picked for the pillow for my daughter. Coloring of faces is way off. Would like to return for a refund thank you

Pillow is very flat, picture too dark, and item arrived with the words "sample text" running through it. Company claims I did the order that way...why would I put "sample text" on a personalized item....if you order make sure you delete those words which is apparently a default setting. No refund, but I can order a new one at a 30%discount....I won't waste my money! Very poor customer service! I will never order from this company again!
