The Perfect Gift By Shopper  (Detroit, MI) - May 23, 2015 The glass photo frame was purchased for a colleague that is retiring. It is beautiful! The etching is large enough to be read but I wish it were offered in color (the etching). This would make it a little easier to read if some contrast were there. But, the bottom line is buy it! You and the receiver won't be disappointed.
PersonalizationMall please consider adding complimentary colors to the etching. It would only enhance the product.

Exceptional quality for such a low price. I was looking for a wonderful Employee of the year award to go along with a cash award. The stipulation was the more I spent on the award, the less the cash award would be. I found this one and couldn't believe the price. A local vender quoted me the same exact one for double the price. I will continue to use Personalization Mall.

Very nice for presentation The photo award looks great, of good quality, looks classy. One small down side - when presenting it, you can't really present the whole thing because the supports are not attached to the frame, it just sits on them. So if you pick up the frame, the supports still sit on the table. So it displays very nicely, but to hand it to someone as you would for an awards presentation, you have to hand them the frame and then sort of hand over the supports after.

Exactly as Pictured We bought two of these for our bosses to give at our annual banquet coming up in the next few weeks. Of course the delivery was fast as usual and the product was excellent. We bought something last year that was smaller than we thought it would be (I should have checked the dimensions), but this looked exactly like the picture!! Would purchase again for a different occasion.

 Perfect Father's Day gift Purchased this for my stepfather... he is going to like it a lot.. I give 4 stars because you cannot see the entire picture during preview stage, they only focus on the writing. The picture was not accurate in alignment and that could've been prevented. Also, I give 4 starsbecause the writing is very light.. hoped the white ink would have been thicker.

Clear Label For some reason I thought this was going to be itched in the glass but it appears to be a clear label. It's expectable but wished it was itched but the person who the gift is for hasn't seen it as of yet.

Very nice product, but short on text spaces. Great products. Great price. Engraving is very nice. Only wish there were a few more spaces for text, especially on the 1st line.

 Etching is too light to readThe frames came well packaged. Material is great. But etching is too light and frame needs to be placed against dark background to view the message. Sad that we couldn't return for refund. Customer service replied calls right away and prompt in emails.

 DisappointedI received my package in pieces and I immediately called. It was explained that the package would be resent in two days. The package was received however missing a key element, the picture. I am very disappointed in my experience.
