This was for a first time grandmother and boy was it a hit!! I didn't know what to get her because she has everything. I placed a picture of grandma holding the baby with her feeding her and they were gazing at each other. Beautiful frame with a beautiful picture. She cried in front of everyone and said it was the best gift that she had recieved above them all. I was pleased that it was satisfying. I had this made for one of my friends who has become a grandparent for the first time. He liked it very much and is using it on his desk at work for all to see a picture of his new granddaughter.

I purchased the above frame for my Best Friend's Birthday and she was so thrilled with the personalization and the frame itself. She just became a new grandmother and noone thought of getting her something she can treasure for years. This is a nice thoughtful gift for a grandparent. Although one of my girlfriends said, the back easel fell off because the screws are so small and you can’t fix it.

It would be better if the baby’s name was a little larger. After all, that is the special one.

Nice frame... I have ordered 4 already but the 3 one came with marks on the front and the taupe one has strips going across it. It's OK but not my favorite. The black and the gray where solid but for some reason the taupe has tiny strips in the taupe. Not the best look

the product was printed fine and had the correct background. My only problem was the background looked cheaper than I had hoped for or thought it would. I thought it was going to be a stained wooden frame but instead it looks more like a nicely placed sticker. I don't think the intended recipient will mind but if I had purchased this for my own home I would be very disappointed in how it looks. Everything was correct I was just disappointed in what I imagined it looking like based on the picture

I purchased for a gift for a friend who just had their first grandchild. I have ordered before.
This time I wish the size of the name would have been a little larger but still pleased with my purchase and the recipient loved it.

I love the concept of this frame and the quality. My only objection is the styling has changed over the years. I bought these frames about 10 years ago for my 5 grandkids. Now, I have a newborn granddaughter and her frame doesn't match the others. I guess we can't stop change from happening!! I am happy with my purchase!

I’m happy with my purchase. The engraving was done nice. The frame was sturdy looking. The shipping cost made me almost not buy it. Was quite a bit total for a small frame holding 4x6 picture. This is my second grandparent frame purchased. The first had a 5x7 picture space. Not the highest quality materials but looks like it will last

My work family and I were doing a Congrats on Becoming a Nan basket for a teammate. I could only find "Grandma" or "Nana" Merchandise locally. Started looking online and came upon this site. Everything I wanted customized. I came across "When a Child is born so is a Grandparent" picture frame. I was even able to customize with birthday and Name and was very impressed that I could upload a picture! The time from creating my items to the day they were at my doorstep....unbelievably fast!! The only reason I didn't rate a 5, the clips in the back that hold the pic in slip alittle if you aren't careful and the glass and pic fell out. I put some tape over the clips to hold them in place and had no further problems.

Love it! Only wish there were multiple sizes to choose from. Otherwise it is perfect
