This is the fourth time I have had this frame made in the last 5 years. This time the style has changed and the frame is not as nice as it used to be. It appears the same in the picture, but is actually a very cheapened version and even had a thin piece of plastic instead of glass to cover the picture in the frame.

Online the frame looked shiney and clear to me, but in person it's dull and the lettering is blurry. I was disappointed because we received a similar frame as a gift and it was much, much better.

I usually like the frames at PM. But this one is terrible! Very cheap looking and not at all like the photo above. I am actually calling customer service today to see about a return. It is really bad. Above it looks like silver...when it arrives it looked like I made it with my 4 year old at home.

The picture of this product is deceiving, it looks like it is a metal frame. It is not, it is very cheap and the vinyl wrap or whatever is used in the printing process looks very "grainy". I guess you get what you pay for and it was cheap. Would not recommend this at all.
