Precious moment, indeed I ordered two of the precious moments ornaments that were new this year. I was thrilled I could order blonde and brunette versions as that was more representative of the children who will be getting the ornament, yet they will still have “matching” ornaments. I was shocked at how quickly I received my order. This is not my first (or fourth) time using this site, but the speed of delivery was unexpected – maybe because I ordered earlier than usual this year? LOVE the tradition of giving a personalized ornament every year and PM makes it quick, easy and affordable.

Pretty Very pretty ornament. Would've preferred a white ribbon that was already attached to the item. Ribbon on site looks white but it is silver. Otherwise, nice gift.

 Blurry child’s ornament.I have purchased many things from Personalization Mall. This is the first time I received a product that was not worth the money. The quality was poor. The words were blurry on the ornament and the child’s name was written almost over the date of birth and other stats. There was no brilliant color like the other ornaments I have purchased. I would like a refund. The ornament did NOT look like the picture below. It was very faded.
