This was a really cool well made product

I ordered this for my Son and his fiancé, they both love it! The bark on the edges is a fantastic touch! So real you can’t even tell it isn’t a full plank of wood!

The first time they sent it, the sides were damaged. They were quick and nice about sending me another one. Quality was great when I received the next one and they had packaged it much more securely. My boyfriend loved it! Looks great for a guy's room because it's not so girly as many personalized gifts are! I was nervous that the print of the tree would look silly but it looks as real as it's gonna get for a print! Great buy. Very happy.

The first Plank that I received was off-center and cut off. After contacting PersonalizationMall.com, they shipped a new Plank that was perfect. Thank you for fixing the problem and shipping out a new item without any other issues. The new item is wonderful.
